Ferzikovo Project
The unique Borshchevskoye raw material deposit supplies the plant with high-purity limestones and clays with optimal composition; modern technical means ensure stability of the chemical and phase composition of the raw mix and clinker.
About the project
The volume of investments in the construction of the new plant, considering the creation of adjacent infrastructure in Ferzikovskiy district, amounted to 500 million euros.
In 2015, an alternative fuel workshop was put into operation at the plant - a unique production facility for environmentally friendly and safe processing of solid municipal waste. Investments in the construction of the alternative fuel workshop amounted to 240 million rubles.
The share of thermal energy spent in the production of cement is 30% of its production cost. The use of waste as an alternative fuel allows to reduce the area of landfills and the negative impact they have on the environment.
