We are re-launching the development of the mining sector on large-scale copper deposit projects, such as the Baimsky Mining and Processing Plant and Udokan Copper, alongside a growing number of implemented projects abroad in China, Turkey, and India.

2019 marked the beginning of our collaboration with a new unique Russian LNG project – Arctic LNG 2.
MPH’s expertise was sought to address the numerous challenges presented by this project, which brought together an international team of engineers from Russia, Western Europe, and China to work in China.
MPH employs consultants of 18 different nationalities. Operations are conducted at six shipyards located in China. The project faced unprecedented logistical challenges due to closed borders, quarantine, and flight cancellations amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
This period also saw increased activity in the Far East region, particularly with the construction of the Amur Gas Processing Plant.
Significant projects by Rosatom for the construction of nuclear power plants abroad were also notable.
For these projects, MPH Vostok conducted international searches and selected unique, highly qualified specialists for senior and middle management positions, as well as market research.
The end of 2019 and the subsequent two years marked a challenging period of overcoming difficulties and restrictions imposed by COVID-19. Despite all challenges, MPH continued to fulfill all contractual obligations to clients, employees, and contractors uninterruptedly and diligently.

MPH starts working with the nuclear energy sector by concluding an agreement with Rosatom State Corporation.
The foundation of the company’s activities continues to be oil and gas sector projects. However, our resource availability, technologies, and experience have created significant potential for expansion into new segments. MPH began operating in the nuclear energy sector by signing agreements with Rosatom.
MPH commenced collaboration in personnel search and selection for the Yamal LNG project, focusing on the construction of a liquefied natural gas plant on the Yamal Peninsula.
Additionally, MPH became a supplier of technical support services for the construction and assembly of technological modules for Yamal LNG at production sites in Southeast Asia – namely, China, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
New directions during these years include projects in energy efficiency, production of construction materials and industrial equipment, and automotive manufacturing.
MPH continued to be in demand for two major projects with TOTAL E&P Russia and provided comprehensive support to a growing pool of clients.
In 2011, MPH began participating in various investment construction projects with the SIBUR holding, supporting the company’s projects across Russia.
That same year, MPH became an approved service provider for staffing solutions for the construction of a cement plant for Lafarge in the Kaluga region.
