Our client, an international oil and gas company, required support in recruiting and selecting experienced personnel for drilling, maintenance, and repair operations, as well as for warehouse and intra-site logistics at fields located in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Western Siberia.
It was crucial to establish employment contracts for the rotational staff that consider the unique aspects of the shift work methodology, including: cumulative work time accounting, overtime administration, and the development of optimal logistical schemes. Additionally, there was a need to conduct mandatory and supplementary training, including HSE and Fire Safety (FS) training, regularly update the certificates and qualifications of the recruited personnel, ensure medical examinations, and provide voluntary health insurance (VHI).
Our actions, approach, and results:
- We formed a project team of four experts to work on the project long-term.
- We established a regular personnel search and selection process aligned with the project's mobilization schedule.
- We achieved 100% compliance with mobilization deadlines and provided ongoing logistical support for staff rotations—both domestically within Russia and for international logistics concerning foreign personnel.
- We ensured strict adherence to Russian legislation and flawless payroll calculations and other payments.
- We provided migration support for foreign employees.
- We delivered various reporting formats to the client, ensuring transparency, predictability, and effective management of business processes.
