Success Through Cooperation: How Analytics and Non-Standard Solutions Helped Fill a Vacancy
Our Customer, a foreign company, contacted us with a request to find a Russian specialist for the position of a Gas Transportation Dispatcher with a fluent knowledge of English and ready to relocate to the company's office in one of the countries of Western Europe.
Our actions:
- In-depth study of the candidate market through a number of channels (hh, Linkedin, internal database and recommendations) and preparation of analytics with conclusions indicating that the combination of professional experience and knowledge of English required by the Customer is not available on the market.
- As a solution, we provided the Customer with a series of candidate resumes, jointly identified the most suitable and promising ones, offering the Customer to give the candidates time to improve their knowledge of English and get the opportunity to apply for this vacancy.
- Having received the Customer's consent to our offer, we communicated it to the most suitable candidate. Given the applicant's high motivation to gain foreign work experience in a leading organization, he confirmed his readiness to complete an intensive English language course in a short period of time.
- After 1.5 months, a knowledge test was conducted, and the candidate was approved for the position.
The vacancy, which initially appeared hopeless after a thorough market analysis, was successfully filled due to the trustful and open relationships among all participants in the process. The client placed their trust in our expertise in talent acquisition and acted on our well-founded recommendations. In turn, the candidate, who was also open to dialogue, demonstrated high motivation and a desire for personal growth, showing readiness not only to meet the basic requirements but also to overcome barriers.
Thus, the successful placement of the Gas Transportation Dispatcher position was made possible through the coordinated efforts founded on trust, mutual understanding, and expertise of all involved parties.
This approach is consistently applied across all projects where collaboration and a team-oriented strategy for problem-solving are prioritized.
