Overcoming Challenges: Finding the Perfect Technology Manager for a Complex Project
Once again, we faced a significant challenge—the task of filling the position of Technology Manager, which our client had been attempting to close for over two years. This role demanded high levels of competence and skill, making the search considerably more difficult. Key qualifications included not only the necessary professional expertise but also the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with equipment licensors for the planned procurement and use of technology.
Since 2022, an increased demand for such specialists in the labor market has made this task even more ambitious. In addition to the need to identify the right candidate, we were also tasked with ensuring compliance with the salary framework established by the client.
