About the specialist

Yulia joined the MPH Vostok team in 2023. Over her first three years with the company, she has become one of the key HR administration specialists whom the team relies on. Her primary responsibilities include HR record management, supporting employees with HR-related events (hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves), and participating in the optimization of HR processes.

In July 2026, Yulia was appointed to the position of Lead HR Administration Specialist. In addition to her existing scope of HR record management, her responsibilities now include interaction and consultation with contract employees on HR administration matters, as well as logistics and immigration support for international employees.

Throughout her transition into these new areas, Yulia has demonstrated a high level of accountability, a systematic approach, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges. Her energy, deep expertise, and client-oriented mindset have already become a solid foundation for the team.

Yulia brings over 15 years of experience in HR administration, with in-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR record-keeping principles. Prior to joining MPH Vostok, she worked as an HR specialist at an international company and also has experience in consulting.

Education

Higher education degree in Economics from the Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship.

Languages

Proficient in English at an intermediate level.
