Having mastered the full recruitment cycle, he successfully filled engineering and management positions—from candidate sourcing to onboarding support for project deployments.

In January 2026, Mikhail transitioned to the role of Business Development Specialist. This move is based on the industry expertise he gained in recruitment. His understanding of clients’ staffing needs, labor market specifics, and project implementation processes forms the foundation for building effective partnership models.

From the very start of his career, Mikhail has demonstrated rapid professional growth and a systematic approach, enabling him to work effectively with demanding clients and complex vacancies.
