About the specialist

Anna joined the MPH Vostok team in August 2025 as a Recruitment Specialist.

Her primary focus is on sourcing highly qualified candidates for the oil & gas, energy, mining, and mechanical engineering industries.

Anna began her recruitment career in 2023 as a Recruitment Team Assistant at a staffing agency. She is now actively involved in projects for both Russian and international clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
