Our customer is a foreign engineering corporation that implements a gas chemical project in Russia opened the next position - Compressor or Package Equipment SUPERVISOR.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the C-CONTRACTORs workmanship of all the construction activities as SV at SITE.
• Control all C-Contractor’s Discipline Supervisors and foreman’ activities at SITE, including witnessing, sentencing, recording and reporting the results and defining and resolving any problems arising.
• Ensure that all C-Contractor’s Discipline Supervisors execute their works efficiently and expeditiously, in order to comply with the IPP Construction Schedule.
• Take charge of liaising, coordinating, making advice and issuing instructions to CMT SI, IPP and C-CONTRACTOR, on all matters relative to the workmanship quality at SITE.
• Understand all the work method statement provided by C-Contractor and monitor.
• Assure all TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS relative to the work method statements are current status.
• Supervise each C-CONTRACTOR to maintain proper workmanship quality, enforce and assure each C-CONTRACTOR’s sufficient adherence to the approved TECHNICAL DOCUMENT in performing his given works, and check and verify as necessary, and support CMT SI and IPP to approve or disapprove and accept or reject as appropriate, all the works done and completed by the respective C-CONTRACTORs, in order to assure the quality of the works performed meets the requirements of the TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and the codes and standards.
• Coordinate the construction activities of the various C-CONTRACTORs and IPP discipline supervisors, within the scope of the relevant discipline, towards efficient and expedient execution of all construction works, up to Mechanical Completion of the PLANT.
• Request C-CONTRACTORs for the work method statements of the respective work activities, and understand the contents and adhere to follow by C-Contractors.
• Assist both the Construction Planning  Manager and the Field Control Section for the overall C-CONTRACTOR compliance and performance, in accordance with the CONTRACT, reporting on such items as, the detailed organization, attendance to manpower, equipment and materials, expediting progress of the construction work, and monitoring progress work schedules, to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the IPP Construction Schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas/Petro-Chemical plant construction, specifically as Supervisor for Compressor or Package Equipment Installation.
• Work experience with international EPC company, and has quick grasp on engineering documents, drawings, specification, vendor procedure, etc.
• Experience of coordination with Field Engineers and Overseas Vendors in resolving site technical issues, including queries related to execution of assembly/erection.
• Able to independently carry-out supervision of assembly/installation and inspection works, while coordinating with specific Vendor’s SV on site or by remote setting.
• English in reading/writing is a must.
• Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office applications, 3D model review, etc. and capable of site report preparation.

Conditions:

• Work Location: Ust Kut Construction Site.
• Working condition: 40 hours standard (Monday to Friday) + 8 hours (Saturday, as overtime) = Total 48 hours.
